Return Policy

Once the gown is ordered and processed there are absolutely no cancellations, returns or exchanges allowed. This is due to the manufacturing policy. You will need to ensure your measurements are correct prior to finalizing your order. Gowns cannot be returned if they do not fit. We recommend having your bust, waist, and hip measurements taken by a professional. Then ordering the gown off of the largest measurement. Alterations will need to occur to ensure proper fitting after gown arrives. This is standard practice at any shop. Any questions, feel free to e-mail us.
